Assemble the cooler fittings with lubrication.

Install the sandwich plate and torque to spec.

Route oil lines along the frame to the cooler mounting location.

Secure the cooler core and ensure hoses are clear of moving parts.

Refill with oil, start the engine, and check for leaks.

Monitor oil temperature to confirm operation.
